Xiaomi 11T (Pro) planned for September

Xiaomi has probably planned a new T series for the fall. This has already been suggested, but now the leaks have become a little more specific. Since Xiaomi has already planned a big event for September 15th, the T series will probably also be presented there.

The "Mi" Brand/logo wiped Out

If Ishan Agarwal's information is correct, we can look forward to two new Xiaomi devices. A normal version, the Xiaomi 11T and a Pro model, the Xiaomi 11T Pro, is expected. What is striking about the name is that the addition "Mi", which Xiaomi used for most of its products, has now disappeared - this has already been confirmed to XDA-Developers today .

The few details that you already have concern the size of the memory and the different colors. Xiaomi will use 8GB of RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of storage. There won't be any big surprises with the colors. They rely on white, gray and blue in a pretty classic way.

Will the processor be downgraded?

There could be another surprise with the processor. Because allegedly it says in the room that at least the «normal», not Pro model, will rely on a MediaTek chip. To be more precise, on the MediaTek Dimensity 1200. That would be a small downgrade compared to its direct predecessor, the Mi 10T.

Xiaomi could miss an upgrade on the T-series display. Xiaomi will switch from an LCD panel to OLED and that is an upgrade from which you as a user will definitely benefit. The refresh rate will probably also be increased to 120Hz, but nothing is known about this yet.

European retailer has leaked & confirmed that Xiaomi 11T will in fact have both a normal and Pro variant, new branding.

Both will come in Meteorite Gray, Celestial Blue & Moonlight White along with 8GB RAM + 128GB / 256GB Storage.
